YinYoga with Cathy
Tuesdays 9:30 a.m. in October

Yin yoga is a slow, gentle, restorative yoga allowing plenty of time for the breath to soften so that the body can follow suit. This type of yoga deepens flexibility and is very relaxing. Great for seniors or others who enjoy restoring yoga with the support of bolsters or pillows.

Cathy has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for seven years. Her training includes Ashtanga, Bikram, and Sivananda styles under many teachers including Yoga for the Special Child founder Sonia Sumar. Mother of two, Cathy enjoys bringing yoga into everyday family life.
