Attention all mommies to be!
Yoga is an easy way to take care and nourish your changing body, mind and emotions during pregnancy. Reduce stress, have fun, and prepare for labor in a safe, peaceful environment.
Session 1 starts October 6th
and runs 8 weeks ending November 24th.
$65 for full session or $10 drop in.
Cathy has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for seven years. Her training includes Ashtanga, Bikram, and Sivananda styles under many teachers including Yoga for the Special Child founder Sonia Sumar. Mother of two, Cathy enjoys bringing yoga into everyday family life.
