Angela has been a massage therapist for over 5 years. She recently studied Thai Massage in Thailand and would love to share the beauty of this practice with you.
Thai Massage uses palm pressure, muscle stretching and compression, done in a rhythmic movement of gentle rocking. Thai Massage enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore or tense muscles, and can recapture lost range of motion. By encouraging lymphatic function, this massage can also detoxify the body, heighten the immune system, and prevent disease and/or injury by promoting flexibility. Along with a healthy and nutritious lifestyle Thai Massage can create a feeling of balance and harmony.
Thai Massage is done on the floor with a mat, the work is done fully clothed an no oils are required.
