Morning Yoga classes are back! Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, helping you glide through the rest of your day.
We have also added a new Qi-Gong class, Mondays at 11 a m. and another Qi-Gong class will start Oct. 12th at 7:15 p.m. on Mondays. What is Qi-Gong? Read about it in our next newsletter.
