Yoga with Julie- Start you weekend with an exhilarating yoga session! We will touch on all the major muscle groups with internal focus and deeper awareness, also we can work on any area that may be of concern to you on that particular day. Saturdays and Sundays at 10am 1hr

Yoga with Cathy
6:30am Mon and Fri 1hr- Vinyasa (movement with breath). Some yoga experience is preferred.
9:30am Tues and Thurs- Slow moving gentle yoga. Easy yet effective for strength, flexibility, relaxation and invigorating the body.
6pm- M, Tues.- Slow moving moderate yoga. Ok for beginners.
6pm Thurs.- challenging yet accessible yoga
Svaroopa®Yoga with Jeanne Marie-In this gentle, relaxing form of Hatha yoga, poses are non-strenuous and are suited to every level of fitness, flexibility, or age. The poses in SvaroopaYoga® begin at the tailbone and progress through the spinal area using props such as blankets and blocks. You will leave class feeling rested and relaxed. Wonderful! Yoga with Alycen
Wednesdays at 6pm
Yoga Soul: Unite your mind, body, and spirit, in this heart and soul inspired class. You will learn breathing techniques, as well as gain balance, flexibility, and strength, as you move meditatively and smoothly through various yoga poses. Completing the journey, you will then be guided through a calming, nourshing, and rejuvenating deep relaxation.
