YOGA Classes for Thanksgiving Holiday, November 25 and 26th are cancelled.

News for December:

Welcome to our new teacher Andriena!  She will be teaching prenatal yoga on Wed. mornings and morning yoga on Saturdays following Julie's class starting in December. 

Parent and Baby yoga class will also be starting up this month on Wendesdays at
12:30 p.m. with Cathy.

Now is the time to consider purchasing holiday gift certificates for your loved ones! Yoga or Thai massage makes a great gift! There will be several beautiful certificates available for purchase in the studio.
