


Just a couple of announcements for Summer at The Zen Room....
Morning Yoga Classes during the weekdays with Cathy have been discontinued during the months of June and July.
And here's a really good reason to do a lot of yoga this summer, besides the obvious benefits that you know so well:
Attend 25 classes during the months of JUNE and JULY, receive a gift of 1 hour Thai Massage with Angela (MA39802 MM22959)
That works out to about 3 classes a week, so I know you can do it!! Sign up to participate at the studio. Thai massage is such a nice compliment to your yoga practice, and a great way to take care of yourself.
